Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone before our team is dispatched.
If our team has already been dispatched or has arrived on-site, a reasonable visit charge may apply.

Refunds for Services

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 24 hours. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean or a suitable resolution.
